Rates
Free ground shipping on orders over $75. A flat rate applies below that, shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm Pacific on a business day leave the same day. Everything else leaves the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Transit
Ground delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes three to six business days depending on distance. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories take longer.
Packing
Textiles are folded, wrapped and boxed rather than vacuum-crushed into a mailer, so they arrive the shape they left. Larger orders may arrive in more than one box.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued when the label is created and is included with your order confirmation.
