Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or priced in error, we may decline the order and refund it in full.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is accepted.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.
Returns
Our returns policy sits alongside, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
