Returns and exchanges
The short version
Thirty days, unused and unwashed, in the original packaging. Tell us and we will send a label.
What we can accept
Anything still in saleable condition with its packaging. Textiles that have been washed, used or altered cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
Faulty or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, flawed or simply not what you ordered, we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Tell us within thirty days of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return reaches us, and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, return the original and place a new order — it is faster than a swap and the item you want is not held in limbo.
